Jennifer Lopez is an American actress, singer, dancer, fashion designer, producer and businesswoman. During her career Jennifer has a variety of achievements, including two Grammy nominations, three American Music Awards. She has sold over 75 million records worldwide. In 2010, Lopez became a member of the jury of American Idol. On June 20, 2013 Jennifer was awarded a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. She is one of the most successful singers of her generation, one of the highest paid Hollywood actresses and talented businesswoman. In addition, she is one of the richest women in the world of show business and one of the most influential Spanish-speaking people of the world.
Jennifer Lynn Lopez was born on July 24, 1969 in Bronx, New York. She has two sisters. Linda Lopez is a journalist. Lopez received secondary education in a Catholic school for girls. She also studied singing and choreography since childhood. At school, Jennifer was engaged in gymnastics and played softball and tennis.
After school Lopez got a job in a law office, where she worked during the day and at night she performed in nightclubs. She was a dancer in the group New Kids on the Block. Then Jennifer danced with many artists, including Janet Jackson and Marc Anthony.

In the 1990s, Jennifer was a dancer in the comedy TV show In Living Color, and then starred in several television series, including the South Central, Second Chances and Hotel Malibu. Lopez made her debut on the big screen in the movie My family. Then she played in action film Money Train where her partner was Wesley Snipes. Her first starring role was the role in the film Selena (1997), for which she was nominated for Golden Globe.

Lopez’s debut album On the 6 was released on June 1, 1999, and reached the 10th position in the ranking of Billboard 200. The second studio album J.Lo was released on January 23, 2001. The album debuted at number one on the Billboard 200. On February 5, 2002 remix album J to tha L-O!: The Remixes was released. It became the first remix album, reached number one on the Billboard 200, and entered the Guinness Book of Records.

On November 25, 2002 the third studio album This Is Me… Then was released. The fourth studio album Rebirth was released on February 23, 2005.
The first Spanish-language album Como Ama una Mujer was released on March 23, 2007 in Europe and on March 27, 2007 in the United States.
On October 9, 2007 the sixth studio album Brave was released.
In 2011 she released the album Love?, which included 12 songs.
The eighth studio album A.K.A. was released on June 13, 2014. In July 2014, together with the star rapper Pitbull and Brazilian singer Claudia Leite she performed the song We Are One at the opening of the World Cup in Brazil.
Lopez is also a successful businesswoman. She owns a clothing line JLo by Jennifer Lopez. In 2005 she launched new brand Sweetface. On April 12, 2002 Lopez opened a Cuban restaurant Madre’s in Pasadena, California. The restaurant is managed by her ex-husband Ojani Noa.
Lopez has made the greatest success in the perfume business. Her first fragrance Glow by J.Lo broke sales records.

Personal life
Lopez’s first husband was Ojani Noa, who then worked as a waiter in Miami. The couple married on February 22, 1997, but they were together only for a year.

This was followed by a relationship with Sean Combs and failed marriage to Chris Judd, a former dancer.

In 2002, Lopez began dating actor Ben Affleck. They became the most popular couple in Hollywood nicknamed Bennifer. In November 2002, the couple announced their engagement. However, the wedding was canceled a few hours before the ceremony.

Shortly after breaking up with Affleck, Lopez began dating Marc Anthony. The couple married on June 5, 2004, just a week after Anthony’s divorce with his first wife.
On February 22, 2008 Lopez gave birth to twins – son Maximilian David and daughter Emma Maribel.
On June 16, 2014 Jennifer officially divorced Marc Anthony.

From October 2011 to June 2014 she dated dancer Casper Smart (20 years younger than her). At the end of April 2015 they were together again but in August 2016 it was announced about their decision to remain friends.
