Jennifer Lawrence – American actress and producer

Jennifer Lawrence is an American actress and producer. She is Oscar (2013) and BAFTA (2014) winner. Jennifer is an owner of three Golden Globe awards (2013, 2014, 2016), two Screen Actors Guild Awards (2013, 2014) and Saturn Award (2013).
Jennifer started her acting career in 2006. Her first major role she played in the drama The Poker House. The actress became known as young Mystique in the sci-fi movie X-men: First Class. And after her role as Katniss Everdeen in the film adaptation The Hunger Games she became popular.
For her role in the film Silver Linings Playbook Jennifer received numerous awards, including Oscar, Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild Award.
In 2014/2015 she became the highest paid actress according to Forbes.

Jennifer Shrader Lawrence was born on August 15, 1990 in Louisville, Kentucky. She was born into a family of Gary Lawrence, construction company owner, and Karen Lawrence, educator. Jennifer has two elder brothers – Ben and Blaine. Since childhood Jennifer was interested in sports: she was a cheerleader, played softball and field hockey. The girl also participated in amateur theater productions.
At the age of 14 Jennifer decided to become an actress and asked her parents to take her to New York to find an agent.

Fabulous actress

Lawrence began her career with filming in various TV shows and serials. In 2007, she starred in The Bill Engvall Show and in 2009 she received Young Actor award as Best Young Actress in a television series.
In 2008, Lawrence played her first leading role in the drama The Poker House and was awarded a prize at the 2008 Los Angeles Film Festival.
In 2009, the actress played in Parachute’s music video for the song The Mess I Made. The following year she played the lead role in the film Winter’s Bone and 20-year-old actress was nominated for Oscar.
In 2011 she played in three films – fiction blockbuster X-Men: First Class, House at the End of the Street and Like Crazy (she starred with Anton Yelchin, who was her partner in the film The Beaver).
In 2014 she played in X-Men: Days of Future Past.
In 2015 Lawrence and Amy Schumer announced a joint project. They wrote the screenplay for the film where they play sisters.
In 2015 she starred in David O. Russell’s Joy, where her partners were Bradley Cooper and Robert De Niro.

Personal life
In 2011 Jennifer dated actor Nicholas Hoult, her partner in the film X-Men: First Class. They parted in 2014.
