Justin Bieber is a Canadian pop R&B singer, songwriter, musician and actor. His full name is Justin Drew Bieber.
Justin was born on March 1, 1994, in London, Ontario, and was raised in Stratford, Ontario. His mother was 18 years old when she became pregnant. She worked several jobs to support the family. Justin contacted with his father, who married another woman and had two children. Justin loved ice hockey, football, chess and was fond of music.
As a child he taught himself to play the piano, guitar and trumpet.
In 2007, at the age of 12, Bieber won second place in a local singing competition in Stratford. His mother posted a video of this performance on YouTube and Justin got thousands of Internet fans. Scooter Braun was so much impressed by the boy’s performance and decided to find him. Later Scooter became Bieber’s manager. Braun arranged for Bieber meeting with Usher in Atlanta. Soon Bieber became a singer of Raymond Braun Media Group (RBMG) and even later Reid invited him to Island Records. Justin Timberlake also wanted to sign a contract with Bieber but he chose Usher.

His first single, One Time, reached number 12 on the Canadian Hot 100 during the first week. His first album, My World, was released in 2009 and became a top seller. Justin was the first artist whose seven songs from a debut album hit the Billboard Hot 100.
In 2009 Bieber performed at the White House for US President and First Lady Michelle Obama with Stevie Wonder’s Christmas song – Someday At Christmas.
Two promo singles Never Let You Go and U Smile were top thirty hits on the US Hot 100, and top twenty hits in Canada. It became number one on the US Billboard 200, making Bieber the youngest man at the top of the chart, as well as Stevie Wonder in 1963.
At the 2010 American Music Awards Justin Bieber was the leading winner. He took four awards, including Artist of the Year. He was the youngest performer ever to get this award.
In 2010 Bieber starred in the TV series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.
In June 2011, Bieber took second place in Forbes list of the highest paid celebrities under 30 years old.
In late October 2011, it was reported that Bieber was the first one whose video had two billion views on YouTube.
In 2015, the single What Do You Mean? topped the charts in many countries, including the United States (Billboard Hot 100), Australia, UK, Canada and others.

Personal life
In 2007-2008, Justin was together with Caitlin Beatles. She was the sister of his best friend. The relationship was short-lived.

In June 2009, Kristen Rodeheaver became new passion of the singer. She starred in his music video for the song One Time. However, Justin denied any relationship between them.

From July 2010 to November 2010 Justin was together with Jasmine Villegas. The couple insisted that they were just good friends.

On February 27 Bieber participated in 2011 Vanity Fair Oscar Party, together with the American actress and singer Selena Gomez, thus confirming rumors about a romantic relationship between them. They parted in 2013.
