Sandra Bullock is one of Hollywood’s most highly paid actresses, the owner of her own production company and restaurant, a bright and charismatic woman.
Sandra Annette Bullock was born on July 26, 1964 in a Virginia suburb of Washington, D.C. She was the elder daughter of a vocal coach and an opera singer. Sandra spent the first twelve years of her live living between Austria, Germany and the USA. She grew up on the road with her parents and younger sister. At the young age of 8, she performed on stage for the first time, assuming the role of a gypsy child in a play with her mother. The girl attended high school in Virginia and was a popular cheerleader. In 1982, she graduated from school and entered the East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina. There she performed in Chekhov’s Three Sisters. After moving to New York she began concentrating on an acting career. She dishonestly attained a bartending job, and later fled to Los Angeles to pursue acting.
In 1990 Sandra landed the starring role in the NBC sitcom Working Girl. She also starred in Love Potion No. 9 (1991) as a psychobiologist.
She founded the production company, Fortis Films.
Since her breakthrough role as Speeds unwitting heroine, Bullock has enjoyed the type of popularity that was in the past reserved for actresses along the lines of Mary Pickford or Shirley Temple.
By the way, in 2009, the actress managed to get completely opposite awards: Oscar and Golden Globe for her role in the film The Blind Side in the nomination Best Actress, and Golden Raspberry as the worst actress for the film All About Steve.
In 2015, People magazine recognized her as the most beautiful woman. To tell the truth, she is a very good piano player.
Sandra Bullock has her star on the Walk of Fame in Hollywood. Her filmography is filled with extremely brilliant movies and complete failures. The actress starred in dozens of films, including Infamous, Premonition, The Proposal, Love Potion No. 9 and others.
Personal life
At the age of 20, Sandra Bullock married actor Jean Vincent, but their marriage was short lived.
The actress had a love affair with Tate Donavan. They were together for three years and the ending of the relationship left Sandra emotionally damaged.
In 2004, Bullock married Jesse James, the host of the reality TV shows Jesse James Is a Dead Man on Spike TV and Monster Garage on the Discovery Channel. In 2010 the couple adopted a boy. In the spring of the same year, the actress filed for divorce. Five years later Bullock adopted a girl.
After the release of the film Proposal there were rumors about Sandra’s novel with actor Ryan Reynolds. This information was vehemently denied by them, but after the actor’s break up with Scarlett Johansson, the relations of the film partners ceased to be a secret. True, they did not last long.
In 2015, the press published information about Sandra’s new lover, photographer Bryan Randall. Sandra and Bryan came together to Jennifer Aniston’s wedding.
